I recently purchased a used vehicle, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. A special thank you to Jeff McMahan for his patience, professionalism, and outstanding communication throughout the process. At no point did I feel pressured. Jeff was knowledgeable, responsive, and had a calm, easygoing demeanor that made the entire experience stress-free. I really appreciated the detailed close-up video of the car's undercarriage and the CarFax. That level of transparency gave me a lot of confidence in my purchase. Took my Cadillac to Emad at Global Automotive for a sensor and headlight repair...Got my Caddy back stripped of many new parts. They did a horrible job and stole many new parts off my car. Kept it for over a week when i got it back My park assist sensors were stolen, rear back up camera swapped out, my ac was no longer working, My cadillac was never the same again. Im embarrassed to even drive it. I worked so hard for a good car and to get hated on by a Global hurt. Thanks Emad.
